The "CERVIX OF STEEL"

I am feeling better, on anti-biotics... thank GOD!!! I am starting to swell up like a balloon and my blood pressure is rising but other than that......... yes I have called my doc :-) I have the "CERVIX OF STEEL" as my doc says.... nice and still long, closed up tight again no chance in hell of dilating.... hmmmmm.... wonder if your water can break if it is closed up tight like a virgin? I will have to google that!

So, If my water doesn't break, Then the absolute latest is July 25th!!! AAAGGHHH that seems soooo far away, but it is only 29 days That puts me at exactly 37 weeks. She said that she doubts I will make it that long but it gives me some insight to help get me through this!

Now for the reason I am soooo lopsided and in soooo much pain.... CJ weighs ........ *drum roll please* 4 pounds and 14 oz...!!!!! HOLY CRAP! That is awesome!!!! Plus his placenta plus his amniotic fluid... oh my.
Carter weighs 4 pounds and 8 oz. Plus his placenta and his amniotic fluid... they both have officially dropped into my vaginal whatever it is called and I have dropped realllllly low. I mean, my belly sits half way between my thighs and knees when I sit down. She upped my Procardia to a pill every 4 hours and upped my glyburide to 2 at night and one in the morning. I now have weekly visits that include ultrasounds so we can make sure they are still growing consistently... Oh My.... right around the corner!

After numerous requests I decided to get my ass in gear and get a page!! Woohoo!!! Come find me if you dare! Can you guess what my page name is? You guessed it! Princess Dacia :-), well you know, I am the princess! Who the HELL knew there were soooo many Dacia's out there in the world? A few of them are here in Louisville! O.M.G. I thought I was the only freakin' Dacia hahaha!! Well, I bet half of them don't pronounce it like I do... I saw a lot of Daisha's, Daysha's Dachia's etc.... ummm, that's a big N O. I have a few gripes today..... not that these wonderful pregnancy hormones have any influence on me or anything.....

Why do people feel like they fucking know it all?
Why do people feel like they have to FORCE their opinions on you?
Why do people feel like they have to challenge other people? with knowledge even.....
You may ask, "Dace, WTF are you talking about"?

Well, just a few opinions that float around the net from here and there about how one thing should be done this way, and how another should be done that way... I mean, what is the right way from the wrong way? My philosphy is this...........

You can't please all people so get the fuck over it.... you can adjust the height of your sails but you can't control the wind..... I mean really.

If there is someone out there that can answer these I will send you a surprise... it just amazes me how some people can be the way they are... I suppose diversity is a good thing. Otherwise, we would all be bored out of our mind.

Hellllllooooo there.... sorry I didn't update yesterday...... I was seeing my boys yayayaya! They are heads down and fighting for the exit ramp. Funny thing is, they are huge!!! Their heads that is... OMGAWD!!!!! I still don't have an "accurate" weight measurement but will have next Friday the 23rd at our "real" u/s.

We are getting so excited but scared shitless at the same time. These last couple of days have been rough on me, physically, mentally and emotionally.

On the 14th, we mourned the loss of our second child. That was a hard day and I tried to keep my chin up and know that both of our babies are watching over us like guardian angels. In theory, Chris and I have four children :-) Some would beg to differ but I say "fuck them" b/c we DO have four children. Two of them had to go a little too soon. We will not ever forget them and soon very soon we will be planting "something" in remembrance of them. We don't want to just throw something up. We want it to be special. Ya know?

Yesterday was my friend Becci's rememberance day for her little Kaily. She passed away one year ago yesterday June 15th, 2005, too soon. I have NEVER read a post so touching in my entire life and would like to post a link for all to read. This little girl is loved ALL over the world and I know she knows that. Pregnancy is such a precious gift. It really hurts my feelings to see so many crackhead idiots out there having sex for pleasure and then not taking care of what they created...... inside and out. But that is a whooooole different topic and a quite touchy one for me.

Ok, so here's the scoop. I'm 31 weeks 1 day pregnant with twins and loving it. It is harder than hell. I am measuring 40 weeks, so I am technically a full term pregnancy belly but only at 31 weeks! Holy Crap Balls as my friend Linds would say ;-) I still don't know how the hell I am standing up!!!! See Picture :-0

Another issue with being this big... the boys, are so damn big (not complaining) that they are allll the way over on my right side of my body, both heads, which at 26 weeks was measuring 30 weeks, are laying on my right side, one above my belly button and one below so you can imagine the pain that I am in walking, sitting, shitting, pissing....... you get the drift.... speaking of shitting, O.M.G. I had a horrrrrrible time with constipation at the beginning of this pregnancy and all of the sudden I am the Fart monster and Shit monster of the house! How fucking embarrassing is that? What are these boys doing to me? Are they preparing me for what boys are like? I guess the only other thing I need to adapt is burping abnoxiously out loud and spitting...... those two things you will not EVER hear me do...
